An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2B Social Media Manager to join a London based professional services company on a rolling 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure our day to day social media activity continues to run
* Create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
* Supports our campaign activity through strategic social media activity
* Build an employee advocacy program for LI with a 2 phase approach. Phase 1 developing a program around LI profiles, Phase 2 focuses on content and what to post
* Ensure brand consistency on all channels, whilst also adhering to best practice for each platform
* Write creative briefs to get the assets you need to grow your audience
* Report progress and results regularly across the business
* Increase the company's presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

Required experience:

* Proven track record in developing and implementing social media strategies
* Strong experience in managing across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook is necessary
* Understanding of implementing an employee advocacy program
* Good interpersonal skills
* Experience working in either a regional or global role
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* B2B experience (or equivalent) required.
* 4 years + in a similar role (or equivalent)
