My client are an exciting manufacturer of alternative food products. Going from strength to strength over the last 10 years, they are now manufacturing their additive-free and natural products for sale in over 600 retail stockists across the UK. Since launching their eCommerce platform they have a strong online presence and sell/ship direct to customers. Keen to enter the next phase of company growth, we are partnering exclusively with this passionate brand to recruit the newly-created job of Marketing & Ecommerce Manager.

Your new role
As the Marketing and Ecommerce Manager you will take responsibility for the brand's marketing strategy across online and offline channels to grow brand awareness, retail & ecommerce sales, and grow the stockist-base. Offline activities including PR, Events & trade show activities, managing budgets, and working with the Relationship Manager to ensure POS materials and retail activations are on-brand and well executed. With digital being a big push for the company, you will be managing their agency to ensure all traffic acquisition activities are on-budget and effective in driving customers to the ecommerce platform. Your digital activations will therefore include Paid & Organic search, web content management, online merchandising, email campaigns & digital design (banner ads etc.) This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketer to create and execute integrated campaigns that will directly drive sales & brand engagement.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for established marketers who have demonstrable skills in online & offline marketing activities in order to create and execute an integrated marketing strategy. You will be managing one junior team member who writes Social & blog content so some team management experience would be beneficial. Digital is high on the agenda for the brand and they currently utilise a digital agency for all analytics, PPC, banner ads and web management. You will therefore have a strong knowledge of a range of digital marketing techniques including PPC, SEO, email campaigns, content management (Wordpress) & online merchandising in order to instruct the agency and execute in-house where possible. We are looking for driven, confident individuals who will be comfortable in a newly created senior role that will be expected to drive results.

What you'll get in return
Depending on experience, you will be offered a salary between £35000 - £55000 in line with skills and expectations. You will join an established but growing business in their early years, and have a genuine opportunity to take a leadership role in developing and executing a more succinct and robust marketing strategy.
