The Training, Events and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the organisation through a range of training, events and other marketing communications activities.

Description

* Manage, facilitate and promote all training from the organisation to external audiences
* Organise training events working with industry experts
* Input into the design of online training modules and liaising with subject matter experts within the organisation including
* Engaging with agencies and ensuring timelines, budgets and quality are met according to objectives
* Supporting Marketing in developing marketing plans to promote training materials, including e-learning modules
* Establishing and maintaining a successful programme of webinars to communicate with key external audiences
* Keeping on top of industry trends and identifying new opportunities in delivering the training programme
* Organising the organisation's attendance at trade exhibitions including liaising with exhibition organisers, design agencies and suppliers
* Regular reporting to other staff
* Leading the delivery of corporate events aimed at wider stakeholders
* Being a point of contact for the public and industry


Profile

Essential



* Experience in designing and developing training courses/conferences and/or experience of marketing events which may also include content planning and logistics
* Experience working with and managing external agencies to ensure quality results
* A strong track record in utilising a range of communication channels to promote training and events and ensure maximisation of numbers
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with a range of external stakeholders and work collaboratively with colleagues on shared projects
* Proactive self-starter who's able to bring new ideas to the organisation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage several projects simultaneously
* Experience managing budgets and working with suppliers to achieve maximum value for money


Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £34,000-£36,000 depending on experience.
