Your new company is an international B2B company that operate within the retail sector, located in the heart of Manchester. Newly established in the UK this is an innovative and collaborative organisation who have a start-up mentality with years of industry knowledge and experience. Due to maternity on the team they are looking to recruit for a Campaign Manager for Growth, Retention and Loyalty on a 9 month fixed term basis.

Your new role
The Campaign Manager for Growth, Retention and Loyalty will report directly into the Customer Life Cycle and Campaign manager. Your role will require you to take overall ownership to design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that focus on increasing retention and loyalty as part of the customer lifecycle, working on the active customer database. Managing a mix of proactive and reactive retention campaigns across multiple markets, channel and stakeholders. Working with the wider marketing campaigns team, you will project manage all retention and loyalty programmes that will test and introduce new, innovative and personalised marketing and customer channels to increase the effectiveness of the company investments. Effectively using customer segmentation through the CRM system and personal behaviour, you will increase the success of growth retention and loyalty campaigns, with a clear understanding of how loyalty activities are positively impacting the business.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a skilled marketing campaign manager with a background in delivering successful retention and loyalty campaigns in a digital environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing end-to-end campaigns to achieve strong commercial results and presenting these to key stakeholders. You will have a thorough understanding of digital campaigns and techniques to increase customer loyalty and grow existing accounts. A proven knowledge of the latest online and offline marketing channels and techniques is essential. As an individual, you will have the ability to work under pressure in a sales focussed organisation and be capable of proactively being able to recognise short term business performance challenges and building campaign activity and plans to solve them. In addition to this you will also have excellent knowledge and experience of working on CRM systems in order to effectively manage the campaigns.
