There are three vacancies for Marketing Campaign Managers - B2C Insurance, to join a newly growing team within a well known UK Brand.

Client Details

The client is a well known UK brand with a strong financial services offering, including B2C Insurance products. They have a main base in London. The development of a new team offers an exciting opportunity to help build customer campaigns from the ground up.


The roles on offer will fall in to one of the following categories:

* Deliver TTL campaigns to new customers and cross-sell to existing customers
* Create and implement ATL activity - inc. TV, OOH. As well as wider offline channels such as DM
* Manage activity across online channels - inc. social, vod and paid search
* Utilise data to test and learn, ensuring optimal messaging and media usage, in order to reduce CPA and increase total sales volume
* Manage third party agencies and ensure all activity is within brand and industry guidelines


* Creat customer marketing strategy, to upsell, cross-sell and retain existing customers
* Build new contact strategy for ongoing lifecycle management
* Oversee email and SMS campaigns
* Manage CRM system to ensure effective campaigns and lifecyle comms are delivered and accurately reported on
* Create customer centric value proposition
* Oversee database segmentation and target high value customers
* Work closely with Customer Analytics team


The ideal candidates for these London based roles will possess one of the following skillsets:

For both roles - strong B2C Financial Services experience is required


* Strong TTL campaign experience, including strong digital and advertising knowledge
* Exeperience of running direct response campaigns
* Proven ability to interpret data and make sound commercial decisions to increase ROI
* Strong knowledge of test and learn process
* Experience of manage budget and third party agencies


* Salesforce CRM knowledge
* Experience of running effective email campaigns
* Basic html knowledge advantageous
* Strong understanding of analytics and interpreting them to drive commercial decisions
* Hands on CRM implementation experience
* Understanding of Adobe analytics
