Page Executive is the executive search division of the Group specialising in search, selection and talent management of senior professionals on a permanent or interim basis.

Whilst owning the brand strategy, this is a key role in the UK and RoW team providing marketing support to the sales operations teams to drive business growth across all PageGroup brands though; candidate generation, B2B lead generation and management and sales support campaigns. Working closely with the sales teams and the other marketing teams the Marketing Programme Manager will help drive a proactive, cross-channel programme to support the overall UK business strategy.

Primary duties:

* Work in partnership with the Regional Marketing Director to develop and implement the UK marketing plan to deliver on regional business objectives.
* Build strong internal stakeholder relationships to understand key business challenges and opportunities ensuring marketing are aligned and supporting the sales operations business.
* Manage marketing programme team.
* Plan, drive and execute youth marketing programme to increase awareness and engagement with both students and clients.
* Plan and execute a B2B campaign calendar to support the sales operations with SQLs to drive increased job flow.
* Proactively manage events programme across hospitality, client events and staff high flier events. This must include planning, management and amplification of content.
* Manage and evolve marketing resource to increase quality and volume of sales support collateral to ensure self-service from the sales operations teams.
* Work with marketing teams to manage a comprehensive internal recruitment programme to source potential recruitment consultants.
* Project manage and implement the launch of marketing programmes and campaigns to external customers to increase brand awareness.
* Build brand marketing programmes to drive awareness of the PageGroup's key brands and monitor awareness across target audiences.
* Develop and implement the marketing programme for our Page Executive brand across the UK region.
* Work with the other marketing department leads to drive operational efficiencies through the marketing teams.


The successful Head of Marketing will have:

Skills and experience

Background in broad marketing, fully integrated campaign management experience is essential.

* Minimum of three years' experience of running multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive lead generation.
* Knowledge of paid channels to drive campaign awareness including social advertising, PPC and remarketing.
* Experience of compiling content elements to support B2B nurturing across all stages of the sales funnel.
* Strong digital background.
* Experience of running brand awareness programmes.
* Good project and programme management skills.
* Experience in managing external agencies.
* Data driven with experience converting insights & strategy into action plans & commercial reality including knowledge of lead management and measuring ROI on campaigns.
* Event management experience including using these for driving engagement and awareness across digital and social channels .


* Strong organisational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills as well as the ability to manage a wide array of tactical activities.
* Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
* Good team management experience essential.
