Job Title: Content Project Manager / Administrator

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week; 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Job Role:

They are looking for a highly organised, process-driven, charismatic and creative thinking individual who is passionate about digital marketing and process.

The overall purpose of this role is to support the Content and SEO teams with the project management of all translations and localisation work: from setting up projects to seeing them through to completion.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of locations and translations scopes for their client team, using their network of specialists in order to achieve client business objectives and targets.

What you'll be doing?

* Working with Network team to ensure processes & briefs are in place to ensure quality translations, to create effective screening processes
* Working with Network/Delivery teams to work out pricing structure which works for them and their client (by language, by word, by scope)
* Working with Delivery teams to define delivery timeframes for different languages & deliverables
* Creating and managing an End to End process for translation and localisation
* Innovating ideas, techniques suitable for the development of their translation/ localisation offering
* Ensure briefs to the network are comprehensive and accurate, QA work is completed to a high degree
* Deliver excellence in required communication and client service standards for each client
* Support Content team to deliver their administration, project managing assigned work and quality checking returned work
* Support development of Company's Academy
* Contribute to internal training and development modules and delivery sessions as required
* Advocate knowledge share, drive delivery of cross channel processes and sharing of tools
* Innovate new technologies and ways of working, monitor market trends in order to support internal growth and efficiency strategies
* Support and contribute to the development of the tech roadmap
* Advocate company policy and process, support client retention. Actively work to business goals such as margin, NPS. Complete journals daily to ensure all time is allocated to a high degree of accuracy
* Contribute to the new business process as required by the Content, SEO and sales teams
* Proactively identify workflow efficiencies to counter ineffective process within the team - new ways of working, continuous process improvement

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

* Ensure client feedback is taken into account, and translation / localisation strategy adjusted accordingly.
* Ensure that clients remain within acceptable margins
* Deliver outstanding client service and communications
* Responsible for delivering high quality data analysis, organising support from and working with the Company's network
* Deliver training as required within the induction process or ongoing training.
* Know and delivering against all internal processes and requirements to also include: knowledge share across the team, cross channel client process, tool usage
* Innovate ways of working, monitoring market trends, supporting the tech roadmap and Company Academy development
* Delivery of project management.
* Support the teams with new business pitches

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience.
* Ideally 1 year's experience in managing projects, timelines and prioritisation.
* Clear passion for digital marketing.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines.
* Proven time management skills, strong project management skills, experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A mathematical and analytical mind.
* Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
* Highly organised and an ability to multi-task.
* Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
* Good negotiation skills.
* Thrives working in a team environment.
* Able to deliver a high level of customer service and management.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
