Description
The successful Senior Brand Manager (FMCG) will be responsible for;
* Accountable for approval, development and execution NPD.
*
Understand who your consumer and shopper is - taking information from consumer insight reports, segmentation and shopper studies identify primary target consumer to drive demand.
*
Demonstrate high awareness and understanding of local category financial performance and develop recommendations for category.
*
Plan and execute media and PR plan
*
Undertake competitor analysis and feed into the wider European and Global strategy
Profile
The successful candidate will have a firm background in FMCG / Consumer goods. You will have worked across all areas of the marketing mix, particularly portfolio management and NPD too. You will have knowledge in sales management and trade marketing activities and deliver a clear demonstration of commercial skills.
You will have launched new products and hold a strong experience of working both cross functionally and with the Sales team and their retailers. You will be enthusiastic, driven and passionate about the sector and flexible, pragmatic and accountable.
You will be confident across commercial marketing versus huge creative spend and television campaigns.
