Senior Marketing Partnership Executive
The Senior Marketing Partnership Executive will develop and optimize marketing partnerships that drive awareness and attract business executives to attend Innovation Enterprise events in around the world. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a self-starting marketer with strong skills in communication, negotiation with third parties and analysis.
Create a global partnership strategy Identify potential partners in each content channel and geographic region that can drive audience attendance and create live and digital content opportunities. Formulate processes and tactics to contact and engage targets and initiate the creation of a mutually beneficial relationship.
Propose and negotiate partnership terms Propose and present partnership solutions that support achievement of audience acquisition for the IE event portfolio while providing value to the partner. Target a wide variety of partnership targets including, but not limited to: media partnerships, associations, consultants, market influencers, press/editorial outlets, start-up accelerators and other agencies
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities Research new channels and innovations in the event and media landscape. Identify options that to introduce the brand to new audiences to support lead generation and ticket sales.
Track and analyse partnership performance Establish framework and methods to track effectiveness of each partner initiative and relationship. Assess benefit of partnerships for both IE and partner resources. Leverage data to inform and improve partnership strategy. Support analysis of partnerships managed by other members of the marketing team.
For priority consideration, you should have at least 3 years prior experience in marketing with 1 year in an analytics role. Experience with public relations and outreach is preferred. You should have an analytical approach to decision making and demonstrate past success in creating value and measurable ROI in your prior marketing roles. You’ll be supporting a high-volume of event work so development time and project management skills are essential. You should be comfortable conducting outreach via email, telephone, networking, and in-person meetings to effectively expand and nurture the IE partnership network.
