Senior Bid Coordinator

A leading professional services organisation in Leeds.

Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join their Marketing & BD team. This role is responsible for working closely with the partners, creating, developing and delivering tenders to support new business growth.


* Support the fee earners and the Marketing Team on bids, forming part of a Bid Project Team where appropriate and providing bid management and advice.
* Project manage bid responses and the team of stakeholders to bring together excellent bid responses.
* Monitor and maintain online portals and monitor new opportunities.
* Take full responsibility for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
* Ensure bid collateral is up-to-date, approved and appropriate for use in bids.
* Manage and develop a central record of upcoming bids/bid pipeline and produce regular bid reports.
* Preparation and production of tenders, and correspondence, in keeping with branding.
* Update organisational charts and images for use in the production of tenders and presentations.
* Handling telephone and email enquiries: including making and receiving calls and responding to emails on behalf of fee earners, either as directed or on own initiative.
* Compliance with internal quality standards: including all policies, processes and procedures.

Personal profile

* Experience working in a bid, marketing or BD capacity within professional services is highly desired
* Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Professional and presentable at all times.
* Good time management.
* Proven organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively and professionally.
* Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm, commitment to role and to develop own skills.
