My client is a leading business services organisation with worldwide operations in over 50 countries and a workforce of over 30,000 employees internationally. Despite their size, UK operations are a vibrant, family-feel team with a sizeable marketing department working closely together to manage over 150 websites across global markets. We are currently partnering with this client to recruit the job of Digital Marketing & Content Manager to manage the team responsible for the roll-out of global functionality and content initiatives.

Your new role
The digital marketing team is responsible for the development, launch and management of all digital marketing activities - website development, all digital content campaigns across all channels - organic, paid and social and devices, Conversion Rate Optimisation, split testing and developing actionable insights to drive the future performance of the digital estate. Your job as Digital Marketing & Content Manager is to lead the creation and delivery of the digital content marketing plan across all digital channels - owned, paid and social. You will also be responsible for identifying and re-purposing high performing content from one market across all of the top markets, and ensuring regular SEO Technical Audits and Backlink Audits.

As team manager you will support a team of 4 in the delivery of technical digital content initiatives: optimised content/ BAU optimisation/ creating content for all digital media types, including web content, social content, blogs, infographics and video/ building and maintaining the SEO performance/ and tracking & monitoring all technical SEO and back-link profiles providing local markets with recommendations to improve their SEO performance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to utilise your comprehensive digital skills to be successful in this job - knowledge and technical application of SEO techniques for on & off-page optimisation as well as technical audits, back-link audits and performance tracking is highly recommended. You will have broader content management experience to be able to advise and support the team with optimised web copy; SEO best practices, including keyword research, analysis and trends data; Google Analytics, including reporting and measuring on campaign performance and effectiveness; and social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+. Previous team management experience is also required.

What you'll get in return
