As a Marketing Manager for Cognita you will be advising a defined group of schools on how to develop marketing strategies, plans and processes to maximise pupil recruitment and retention. You will drive improvements in the effectiveness and impact of each school’s in-house marketing and admissions function. In this vital role you will work alongside a highly experienced and dedicated team of experts in HR, Education and Finance to facilitate joined up conversations around your schools, ensuring improved decision making for the schools under your responsibility.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, the successful applicant will have proven experience in:
- Customer and competitor insight
- Data analysis, leading to insight-driven marketing strategies
- Proposition and creative development
- All marketing disciplines, especially Digital Marketing
- Relationship management
You must also be able to demonstrate that you have driven incremental sales for the businesses you have worked in.
