Marketing Automation Specialist - Data Strategy

£50k - £65k per annum, plus 10% bonus and excellent benefits

About the role/company:

A successful and rapidly growing SMB in the secure cloud services and healthcare space is currently recruiting for a Marketing Automation Strategist to build out Data Strategy and to create stories through numbers to drive commercial success.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for data and proven expertise in both analytics and marketing automation for this newly-created role!

If you are a hands-on marketing data strategist and keen to write, own and deliver data strategy this role could be for you!

The role:

* Using marketing automation to create a story and drive commercial success alongside the wider sales and marketing function.
* Writing, owning and delivering a powerful and effective data strategy.
* Driving the use of data to maxims effectiveness of each marketing campaign.
* Using industry standard tools including Pardot and Salesforce, you will be the expert on set-up, integration and optimisation.
* Driving best practice in Data Strategy and Digital Engagement to support the wider marketing team and sales funnel.

About you:

* An inquiring mind and the ability to appropriately challenge conventional wisdom.
* A strong communicator, able to share key insights in an effective and compelling way across the business.
* Working knowledge and experience of Salesforce.
* An understanding of Google Analytics.
* Significant experience within marketing automation systems, e.g. Pardot, Eloqua or Marketo.
* Meticulous and proven attention to detail through all aspects of your work.
* A strong passion for data and the ability to build stories and business critical insight to support sales and marketing.
