Working closely with the heads of marketing and marketing agencies the Strategy & Planning Manager will bring together the overarching marketing strategy, plan and activity calendar spanning all audiences and marketing channels. Create the marketing evaluation framework, demonstrating the return on marketing investment. You'll be responsible for driving commercial business decisions through insight led strategic planning.

A fast paced growing business with a positive and collaborative culture, my client is looking to add a highly strategic and commercial individual to their team.


The Strategy & Planning Manager will be responsible for:

* Create the articulation of the annual and 3 year rolling marketing strategy and plan setting out objectives, identified customer segments, key activities and evaluations framework

* Create the marketing evaluation framework spanning brand, customer engagement and trading metrics - working with the marketing teams produce all associated reporting

* Produce the weekly marketing report setting out progress against stated activity plans and forthcoming activities - for distribution to key stakeholders

* Produce the marketing report and associated inputs for the Executive meetings

* Working with finance and the marketing heads, produce the monthly marketing budget summary

* Lead and facilitate quarterly refreshes of the marketing strategy and plan with marketing heads and agencies.

* Working with sales and operations analyse and report against customer experience measures including NPS, customer satisfaction, complaints and other sources. Elevate key insights and propose recommended actions to drive improvements in customer experience

* Create market and competitor monitoring reports, bringing to life key trends in the market, new propositions, changes to business regulation etc and use to facilitate discussion and action across the business
