What you’ll bring to the team:

You’ll be a talented Account Manager who’s dedicated, ambitious and hungry for progression and wants to be part of something special. “So, organised it’s scary” is the phrase our Chairman uses to describe what we we’re looking for! You’ll have a proven track record in managing multiple projects for multiple clients and to multiple deadlines. 

Your outstanding communication skills will mean that you’re comfortable talking to people at all levels. You’ll be a fluent brief writer and taker with the confidence to source talent for production. You’ll also have good knowledge of digital/print marketing. 

You’ll have stacks of knowledge that you love to share (with awareness of timing!) and you’ll always be thinking of ways to improve and get ahead of the game. Joining a young business at a pivotal time, the ability to add value and be flexible and understanding of change is key to success in the role. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management and development of key accounts
  • Attending regular face-to-face client meetings
  • Keeping accurate budgets with an all-round view of finances 
  • Development and timely execution of plans, campaigns and projects
  • Writing reports for clients and internal Board
  • Leadership, motivation and training of junior members of the team
  • Working with the new business team to source, pitch and win new opportunities
  • Proactively monitoring and sharing industry news and trends
