REED Marketing & Creative are partnering with a creative arts retailer to find their next Marketing Executive - Loyalty and Retention.

The company is a rapidly growing multi-channel business who currently have twelve shops across the UK. They believe in creativity for all ages, and are dedicated to promoting creative activities for the benefit of everyone.

The Marketing Executive (Loyalty and Retention) is responsible for managing, developing, and executing all customer activation and retention strategies, including the rewards and student loyalty programmes.

You will be creating, executing, and continuously reviewing CRM strategies, creating and managing customer data segments, and designing and implementing behavioural triggered email campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about product and retail, have at least 3 years' experience of CRM and data marketing in a B2C retail environment, and have expert knowledge of email and social media platforms.

You will be reliable, flexible, highly organised, commercially savvy, and have excellent attention to detail.
