We have a super and quite rare part time role for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Executive focusing on B2B marketing to join a progressive and innovative SME business in Sale. Their aim is to offer a significantly higher quality service than all of their competitors. The role ideally spans 25 hours across 5 days a week.

Working with their dynamic teams, and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be someone who can work independently and likes to take ownership. You will be able to develop and execute our marketing strategy to raise our brand awareness through varied forms of media.

Your role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Input into the marketing and digital strategy for the company
  • Management and maintenance of the company website including generating and publishing content
  • Developing a strong and engaging social media presence using the company Twitter and LinkedIn accounts
  • Manage and produce content and digital assets for social media channels
  • Coordination of internal communications
  • Maintaining and improving brand identity and awareness
  • Developing public relations by building and maintaining a presence within relevant publications
  • Undertaking all aspects of marketing campaigns
  • Evaluation of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other reporting tools where possible to create monthly reports
  • Copywriting of external literature on hard and soft copy documentation with internal coordination of required inputs
  • Involvement within the company to seek out, draft and circulate news stories
  • Coordination of marketing materials for exhibitions and events

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in marketing / CIM qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Executive role
  • Experience in a stand-alone marketing role is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of creating and maintaining a social media presence
  • Ability to self-motivate and be pro-active
  • Excellent written and copy writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good commercial knowledge
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
