As the Group CRM Manager you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through implementing a seamless enquiry management process in order to maximise acquisition and increase retention of customers.

Client Details

My client is a well known, ambitious family run business with multiple sites across the North West. Retailing luxury, high end brands they pride themselves on customer service. Based in modern offices in Bolton, you will be at the heart of the company.


As the Group CRM Manager you will be leading a team of 10 CRM controllers, ensuring regular communication between the team and the wider business in relation to customer feedback, to guarantee best practice at all times. You will own the customer journey from sales to after sales with effective and timely communication.

Other duties will include:

* To develop, plan and implement lost lead analysis and post-sale contact plans with the CRM controllers.
* To provide detailed reporting of enquiries / lost sales / new business calls / demonstrations to the CRM controllers through the database.
* To supervise the CRM controllers and ensure their daily activity is carried out to maximum effectiveness.
* To take Group responsibility for the overall management and correct administration and usage of the CRM Portal/Dashboard.
* To analyse customer satisfaction programmes and customer retention programmes highlighting areas for development in customer service to the Heads of Business.
