A Design-Led Architecture practice is seeking a talented Studio Administrator + Bid Coordinator to support their Cambridge based team. The company is known for its unique work in architecture, master planning and heritage consultancy. Bespoke projects transform and enhance sensitive sites. The Studio Administrator + Bid Coordinator will be a key member of the support team, proactively contributing to the ambition of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a passion for architecture and design and ready to further their career with an AJ100 practice.

Key responsibilities:

* Bid Coordination:

* Identify opportunities within the target market
* Support bid writing with proposals, time lines, statistics, reports and success rates of bids
* Create a case studies and image library
* Content creation ranging from press releases, news stories, statements, etc. with a PR agency
* Plan and execute marketing events

* Studio Support:

* Diary management
* Document and presentation prep for internal meetings
* Minutes and certificates admin support for project/technical
* Ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, booking travel, filing, printing, post, internal allocations, ordering stationary
* Booking travel and accommodation

Key skills:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Indesign would be advantageous but they would offer training for someone without Adobe Indesign knowledge
* Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Time management, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Understanding of an architectural practice
* Team oriented with a creative mind
