A unique FMCG role working for a growing business that are seeking a Brand Manager to generate ideas for the business. A perfect mix of NPD and Brand! If you are looking for a business that operates slightly different to any other FMCG business then this is the role for you!

Client Details

Our client are a food and drinks business based in Hertfordshire who offer something different to their competitors. They are a business that really look after their employees and have seen some huge growth for all of their products and see their profit grow year on year. They invest in their products and are keen to continue growth in a number of channels. The role is based in their Hertfordshire office and is very accessible via train or car.


The Brand Manager will be responsible for generating ideas for the business and coming up with both NPD and EPD suggestions with support of market research. The ideal candidate will have a mix of both brand communications and new product development. The BM will also be responsible for agency management and budget responsibility. The budgets are massive for this dynamic start up so it requires someone with a can do attitude and who can be creative in the role.


The successful candidate will be from an FMCG or Retail background, ideally working in food. Agency candidates can apply too but will need exposure to fully managing a portfolio.
