The Church Urban Fund (CUF) is going through an exciting time as we are expanding our Fundraising and Communication teams to meet our goals of significantly increasing our raised income and raise awareness of what CUF does. We have a plan, a direction of travel and we are looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join us on our journey to become a national movement focused on localised responses to deprivation. Our core programmes are focused on financial inclusion, social cohesion and faith in action.
One of our key challenges is that, quite simply, not enough people know who we are. We are impact rich, awareness poor and much of our achievement remains hidden. Before we implement a three-year strategic communications plan to reach new audiences, we need to clarify our brand. This will be achieved by reflecting on our vision, the sector we work in, our unique role, the diverse stakeholders with whom we work and audiences we wish to reach.
The Brand Manager will play an instrumental role in developing and implementing clear brand guidelines and key messages for the Together Network and overseeing a seamless roll-out strategy whilst generating scale.
The right candidate will have experience of brand development, management and measurement based on a combination of strategic, practical and analytical skills as well as sound knowledge of digital marketing.

This role is based in Westminster, London.
