Interim Internal Communications Manager

Your responsibilities:
* Crafting messaging, writing communication and preparing materials to suit all levels of a diverse organisation.
* Developing and delivering key global projects to increase employees understanding and confidence in the new brand.
* Providing direction and internal communication support for employee engagement campaigns.
* Planning and successful implementation of a range of communications including intranet, newsletters, company news, events, competitions, videos, presentations etc.
* Advising senior leadership team on internal communications, provide best practice and recommendations on communication initiatives to increase visibility and trust.
Your profile:
* Experience of re-launching/re-positioning a company brand and then launching internally.
* Experience working within a similar international internal communications role.
* Have a strong understanding of internal and employee communications best practice and techniques including communications measurement.
* Experience of working in a matrix organisation and with an understanding of the complexities of bringing together a collection of individual businesses
* Understanding of models of employee engagement and behavioural and cultural change preferable
You will be knowledgeable and have the ability to thrive in an international environment, whilst educating, connecting, engaging and ultimately uniting divisions and functions under a single brand, in a way that delivers a positive and genuine change.
