What does a CRM Manager do at the company?

The CRM Manager is responsible for managing the organisations CRM ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
* Participating in the selection of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
* Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
* Monitor and maximise both consumer and business customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
* Use relevant tools to create a 360° view of the customer through demographic, behavioural and transactional data
* Own and manage a loyalty scheme and ongoing campaigns, setting the strategy in place for revenue benefits through loyalty
* Produce great marketing communication ideas
* Working with Marketing Managers to deliver local CRM campaigns
* Understanding how CRM and Loyalty work in tandem with the wider business

Person Specification:

* Must have a detailed understanding of how CRM strategies work
* Able to use CRM databases strategically to deliver business value
* Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
* Excellent knowledge of IT systems
* Loves data and can explain its complexities simply in order to drive actionable consumer insight
* Communicate well and work closely with the rest of the Marketing team and other departments across the Support Office
* Proven experience managing CRM campaigns in the B2C and B2B market
* Proven knowledge and understanding of a variety of CRM databases and how they can be deployed and utilised in a variety of scenarios
* A passion for CRM and digital marketing
* A proven ability to be both creative and analytical
* Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to drive and manage integrated marketing campaigns
