* Achieve commercial targets set collaboratively with P&L owners
* Establish and run a robust campaign management process and deliver campaigns on time, to budget, maintaining accurate and comprehensive campaign documentation and conducting post campaign performance reviews
* Own product development and management, including pricing and proposition including researching, and evaluating the potential demand and commercial return for NPD
* Work collaboratively with our internal Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials and campaign activity complies with Conduct Risk, Responsible Lending and all other relevant legislation
* Optimise customer journeys and conversion paths
* Recommend and execute rollout campaign calendars, including continuous Test and Learn activities and own the management of all marketing materials required for acquisition and customer management activities
* Stay abreast of competitors' practices and product offering to ensure the business remains competitive and to inform test and learn activities;
* Manage relationships with credit bureaus and mail houses
* Deliver customer management strategies like CLIP, and retention campaigns to maximise key KPIs
* Marketing lead for credit capabilities development projects (e.g. sales via mobile app and direct to site) working closely with the Digital Delivery Team on UX/UI and delivery


* Graduate calibre or equivalent
* Proven track record with driving profitable revolving credit and/or instalment credit new account acquisition and portfolio growth
* Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legislative environment
* Experience working on credit products and in consumer and/or SME financial services industry
* Experience working with agencies, such as mail houses and creative agencies
* New product development, management and optimisation experience including pricing, product positioning, features and benefits
* Acquisition / utilisation / retention campaign design and delivery experience including champion/challenger testing within the credit industry
* Numerate, with ability to interpret data with a pragmatic and data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
* Resourceful, results-driven and customer-focussed marketer
* Ability to learn and grasp new ideas and concepts quickly
