Swedish speaking consumer marketer needed NOW for exciting new role with this powerhouse of a business that is growing rapidly in the UK and international markets with a major on-line and high street presence.  The company’s brands are seen as some of the most distinctive consumer brands in Europe, spending hundreds of millions on marketing every year; a business that has been a pioneer in its sector and engages with millions of consumers every day.

Working within a large marketing function in Central London, our client is strengthening its team with a smart, business savvy marketer who can build brand & marketing initiatives for the company’s fast-growing Swedish operation.  In what is a key role, you will be responsible for delivering effective media and advertising creative that will accelerate he brand’s growth.  You will be the closest person to the local Swedish market, setting a clear strategic direction and making the make brand more visible and relevant.  Key responsibilities include:

* Creating first-class campaigns across ATL and BTL channels including brief writing, content/asset distribution, launch planning and promotional alignment.
* Building long-term media plans that maximise reach, frequency and relevance
* Delivering a clear and consistent tone of voice in the market
* Understanding the performance of the brand within the country and making recommendations to change/test.
* Maintaining an awareness of competitor activity in each market including media presence, promotions and regional business performance. 
* Creation and translation of press releases and social media content
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with commercial, media agency and wider digital teams to ensure collaboration and progression 

Skills & Experience Check List
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Sports Fan: armchair sports fan driven to stay connected in the world of sport.
* Commercially savvy with a nose for business, uses insights to impact commercial decisions. Understands the industry, customers, products and business.
* A track record of consistency in campaign design, execution and effectiveness preferably in a retail, gaming or leisure business.
* Customer Obsessed – someone who thinks about the customers 24/7, and puts them at the heart of all that we do.  Numerate & data savvy: data driven.
* Adaptable and flexible able to learn quickly when faced with new situations.
