Description

As Retention Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategies for onboarding, engaging, retaining and upselling customers. This includes lifecycle programs targeted at customers to improve loyalty and build brand advocacy.

Owning the whole of the customer marketing funnel you will plan and execute across all channels including; Web, Email, Social, SEO/PPC, and customer events.

You will work cross functionally with the Customer Success Team, Product team & CRM manager to create, deliver and analyse impact of campaigns. You will use all channels to identify customer segments, and then engage with the right personas driving engagement. It is essential that you have love for numbers and an inquisitive mind to help drive the best results.

Responsibilities include:

* Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure essential metrics are defined and trackable
* Using data insights, analysis and understanding to create a funnel with the defined customer segments
* Using data insights and working with CRM to plan, create and optimise lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement through the funnel, from onboarding through to advocacy
* Work with teams to educate customers on new product updates, improve product adoption using a mix of channels to deliver maximum impact
* Plan, create and execute (working with Customer Success Team) customer events including workshops and influencer roundtables that help drive demand and engagement through the funnel
* Continuously analyse and report on all measurements, analysing ROI and key metrics


Profile

* Have at least 4 years B2B lead marketing experience
* Demonstrate experience in using data to drive thinking and decision making
* Have experience in working in an agile, iterative, test and learn marketing environment
* Have experience using B2B marketing platforms inc. Hubspot
* Have excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels
* Be an analytical, innovative and creative thinker
* Be ambitious and have a real drive to succeed


Job Offer

£40,000 to 50,000 + package
