Reporting to Twining’s Brand Director, a leader of three in a collaborative, empowering and fun culture. With full responsibility and accountability your remit is to develop the long term growth strategy that will transform the performance of Twinings within the Healthier segment; maintaining overall responsibility for the brand P&L. You will combine strengths of strategic leadership and innovative thinking with an action-oriented, commercial and ‘keep it simple’ mind-set to drive excellent results and leave a lasting performance legacy. In this pivotal role you will be highly effective at working cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment across Insights, Innovation, Connections, Shopper Marketing and Category.
The Marketing Manager will need to be passionate about shifting consumer behaviour, be able to see possibilities and anticipate trends and be able to cut through complexity to deliver highly effective and engaging growth drivers. Passionate about results. You will truly feel your contribution makes a difference.
An experienced full mix Marketing Manager, with a minimum of 8 years of brand building experience and a track record of success in shifting consumer behaviour and transforming brand performance. You will have a ‘can-do’ inquisitive attitude. You will know consumers and customers well and be able to communicate effectively at all levels to build confidence and influence others.
