My client is looking for 2 Enterprise Marketing Managers to manage the portfolio and to create and manage lead generation campaigns through meaningful content creation. The ideal candidates will have previously worked in a similar B2B/solutions based business and have a good understanding of the propositions.

My client is a world leading specialist and expert in providing technology solutions to the aviation industry across the globe. The company has a portfolio of over 100 technology solutions, their head office in Middlesex is home to just a handful of their 4,700 employees.


The Enterprise Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

* Planning, designing and managing marketing programs and campaigns, that directly drive delivery of the sector marketing business objectives

* Working with Sector Marketing to define and build a content strategy

* Managing the portfolio and marketing assets

* Creating and executing lead generation campaigns and nurturing leads to become qualified marketing leads

* Collaborating with online marketing to create supporting integrated campaigns

* Defining and implementing associated internal communications

* Maintaining brand integrity to protect or strengthen brand value

* Planning, designing and building Industry Insight papers

* Defining and managing the online sector marketing strategy and related content creation with the result of driving internet traffic (SEO) and increasing engagement online

* Ensuring sector content on the site is up-to-date and relevant

* Exploiting the site statistics to understand whether improvements in site structure are necessary

* Defining and managing SEA/ Paid SM campaigns

* Managing the day to day engagement of the agencies

* Collaborating with the Online Marketing team to implement SEO/SEA optimisation recommendations from the agency such as optimisation of landing page copy to improve SEA performance
* Managing global campaign expenses and staying on budget


The successful applicant will:

* have a background in B2B/Technology

* have an understanding of the aviation industry

* be data-driven, analytical and strategic

* have proven global experience

* have previously worked in a matrix organisation

* have worked with Enterprise businesses

* understand the proposition

* have previously managed online promotional channels, SEO/SEM, email, paid and unpaid
* have excellent written communication skills

Job Offer

£60,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
