This person will drive the strategic direction of this Brand for a well know FMCG food business.

Client Details

A household brand name with international scope and excellent growth prospects.


This person, reporting into the Head of Marketing, will take sole responsibility for leading and developing this brand in the market. Specific responsibilities will include;

* Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability of the brand

* Manager and implement the renovation and innovation agenda for the brand to meet consumer needs and in line with the brand proposition and commercial objectives.

* Develop the annual brand plan for the brand/sub categories.

* Execute the annual brand plan in line with brand and commercial objectives.

* Develop and protect the brand positioning and consumer proposition.

* Track the performance of the brand and competitors and making recommendations for actions plans to deliver commercial and brand objectives.

* To work with cross functional teams (NPD, Category, Sales,) to maximise efficiency in achieving business and brand objectives for the brand/sub categories.

* To work effectively with UK advertising, media, design, sales promotional, research, digital and PR agencies ensuring budgetary control, maximum return on investment and achievement of brand targets.


The ideal candidate for this role will have the following profile / experience;

* 4-5 years Marketing experience for an FMCG Brand - Food preferable

* Strong breadth of Marketing & Communications exposure (including Media, PR, Digital)

* Comfortable working with and directing external agencies

* Project management and leadership skills

Job Offer

Up to £45,000 on a Fixed-Term Contract basis.
