Your role
Reporting into Group Corporate Communications, but embedded in the IT and HR teams, then you will support the delivery of clear, well-planned, audience-focused and effective IT and HR communications as well as providing some communications support to other departments You will be:

* Working with the IT and HR teams to identify anticipated timing and high-level messaging for all planned communications in order to develop an overarching communications plan
* Act, and be recognised as, a trusted communications adviser to management and project teams on the nuances of internal communications.
* Ensure that all output adheres to the relevant corporate policies.

What you'll need
You will have significant experience working with Internal Communications and will have previously worked in Insurance. Experience of working in role that is embedded in an IT and/or HR environment would be an advantage.
