A great opportunity for an Interim Senior CRM Executive to join a well known estate agent based in Wimbledon.

The Senior CRM Executive is independently and proactively responsible for data management and email marketing programmes across the Group. The role includes overseeing reporting, data processes, optimisation, relationship management, campaign and project management, budget management and analysis and content sourcing.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Data and CRM

* Manage data feeds and database, working with internal teams and external suppliers on BAU and new initiatives and projects
* Data management across all channels (email, direct mail and any future requirements) including preparing reporting for senior stakeholders across the business (regular and ad hoc) and day to day management
* Help scope, implement and maintain processes and systems to ensure GDPR compliance
* Ensuring process and training documents are kept up to date
* Work with software provider to solve any technical and deliverability issues
* Manage the relationship with provider(s) and oversee regular meetings
* Work with internal functions (IT and other business units when required) to optimise and improve data from systems feeding into the CRM, including segmentation
* Reviewing all data briefs and programmes to ensure they are set up correctly in the system
* Responsible for briefing and training new members of the marketing team on the CRM, as required
* Stay up-to-date with best practices in data managementeCRM
* Responsibility for email programmes, including segmentation and content, reporting, recommendations for improvement
* Driving projects forward to ensure they are delivered on time and scoped appropriately, considering


* Keeping up to date with current CRM/eCRM trends
* Development of relationships with key internal and external stakeholder
* Copy writing for various internal and external channels including email, website, and intranet
* Management of key supplier relationships to ensure process and quality is maintained
* Ad hoc integrated marketing responsibilities as requested by the Marketing Manager
