P/T Innovation Controller, 12mth FTC
Competitive pro-rated salary for 3 days/wk + car allowance
Hertfordshire.  Ref: TL884547

This is one of those elusive part time roles and a really good one too!  You will either be a senior Innovation Manager/Controller or perhaps a Marketing Manager/Controller with lots of innovation experience, excited by the prospect of working for one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers on a job share basis.  This is a maternity cover contract starting end November, initially for 12 months, 3 days/week.

The Innovation Controller will lead the strategy and plan development for innovation across a category of brands worth over £100m RSV - all well established, high heritage British food brands found in almost all UK households and sold within the Grocery channel.  This is very much a collaborative role with a requirement to influence a variety of stakeholders and manage project teams.  An entrepreneurial spirit and someone who enjoys working in a culture which embraces questioning and challenge is desired.  We are looking for someone with positive personal impact and gravitas; someone able to influence and lead with ease.

Our ideal candidate is someone with end to end innovation experience gained within the FMCG sector and spanning a number of years.  A strategic yet commercial thinker and a pragmatic results driver.  A brand management background also welcomed if innovation has formed a large part of the role.  UK experience strongly preferred.
