Reporting to the CRM manager the Campaign Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining off-line customer retention and acquisition campaigns. With a particular focus on the iconic Boden catalogues this role needs someone with experience creating complex and effective direct marketing campaigns.
You will work together with our external data agencies as well as our production and creative teams internally. You will be focused on achieving the best return as well as being customer centric.
You will have at least 5 years’ experience gained at a mail-order brand and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline focussed environment. You will have experience with both retention and acquisition and understand the different tools and techniques to drive performance. Leadership skills would be essential.
