I’m working with a really cool business in North Yorkshire, who have experienced tremendous growth and success, and this looks set to continue. As a result of their growth, they’re looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to join their established team on a permanent basis.

This is a fast paced role, which comes with a good level of responsibility from day one, so you’ll be a competent paid search professional who thrives in a busy, target driven environment. You’ll be results-driven and focussed on generating a strong ROI. Day to day, you’ll be involved with:-

- Managing a high spend (experience of managing a min £1m budget would be highly advantageous)
- Managing the PPC strategy to achieve ROI targets
- Display advertising
- Managing the affiliates programme
- Working closely with the wider digital acquisition teams
- Managing PPC workloads and advocating best practice across the wider team
- Implementing paid search tests to enhance performance
- Data analysis to understand channel performance
- Using data to provide recommendations of ways to improve PPC performance.

It goes without saying that you’ll have a strong background in digital acquisition, ideally working for a consumer brand. You’ll be highly numerical and organised, and will live and breathe all things acquisition marketing – you’ll keep abreast of industry changes, and will always have an eye out to see what your competitors are doing.

This role would suit a PPC specialist looking for a step forward into a more strategic, commercial role, or an agency-side professional who is looking to move in-house and take ownership of their channel, with responsibility for a sizeable spend.

This role is based in a central location and is commutable from York, Leeds, Harrogate, Doncaster and surrounding.
