As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will partner with the MD and executive team to develop and lead generation marketing strategies and execution. Responsibilities will be focused on generating Marketing qualified leads, demand creation, digital marketing, communications, and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with the sales teams to drive overall success and further establish the business as a Market leader.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing & delivering strategic marketing campaigns spanning across multiple touch points (website, print, email campaigns, social media channels, PR, Case studies, PPC etc.)
Building and implementing a robust CRM to inform future strategies
Owning the sales funnel and driving pipeline growth the targeted marketing campaigns and analysis
Performing relevant market research to identify new opportunities
Ongoing development and administration of the company website and associated channels to drive ambitious lead generation
Content management and distribution to support engagement in-line with core strategy
Monitor and control references to the company brand online to ensure consistency of message
A superior and demonstrable understanding of the latest approaches to email marketing & its measurement
A commitment to driving ongoing innovation and an industry leading online presence
Develop and maintain a strong SEO approach across all platforms (in-house/agency mix)
Work as a conduit between marketing and the data measurement team to understand online performance and use findings as a catalyst for ongoing improvement
Assisting in other associated business requirements to support the wider team/business

Key Skills:
This is a stand alone Digital Marketing Manager vacancy and you must adopt a hands on approach to all aspects of marketing both digital and offline marketing
You are incredibly creative, someone that has so many ideas that you are bursting at the seams
You enjoy brainstorming to come up with campaigns ideas that are unique and memorable
Ability to operate at pace, often delivering multiple campaigns in concurrently
You are talented, commercially aware and passionate about marketing
You will be able to demonstrate success in building best-in-class marketing campaigns and understand basic SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
Excellent oral / written communication skills and the ability to engage consistently with a mix of audiences
Demonstrating success and taking responsibility for actions
A commitment to achieving the highest standards and observing best practice
A passion for innovation within the role
Self-motivated, confident, well organised and energetic team player
A good knowledge of the following packages/systems would be advantageous…
MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suites, HTML (basic), Google AdWords, Automation tools (Hootsuite, hubspot, market, Eloqua, pardot, leadsquared, infusionsoft etc.), CMS platforms, Google Analytics
