Marketing Manager, Cheshunt - The Herts & Essex Fertility Centre is one of the UK's most reputable and best-performing IVF clinics. In our 28 year history, we have helped with the successful delivery of over 5,700 babies and since we were established in 1989, our dedicated team has helped to create thousands of happy new families.

We have a very exciting opportunity for a full time Marketing Manager to ensure HEFC remains current and effective within the Fertility Industry. Knowledge of the HFEA and the regulatory requirements is desirable.

The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for:

- Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market place within Fertility sector.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance HEFC image and position within the marketplace.
- Ensure articulation of HEFC's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all HEFC publications.
- Oversee the management of the HEFC website ensuring it is current and patient focused.
- Manage the day to day social media programme, ensuring HEFC is current and responds to news articles in a timely fashion.
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of HEFC services.
- Plan and oversee HEFC advertising and promotion activities.
- Communicate with outside advertising agencies for on-going or new campaigns.
- Work with writers and artists and oversee copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
- Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts.
- Prepare marketing activity reports.
- Act as the Organization's representative with the media.

Applicants must consider themselves highly motivated and have a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
