Assistant Campaign Specialist needed for a market leading insurance business based in Reigate. This role is focusing on a new product in their portfolio that requires an experienced marketeer to manage the end to end campaign execution.

My client is a market leading insurance provider with over 2 million customers nationwide.


Description

The Assistant Campaigns Specialist will be expected to:



* Support with the delivery of campaigns across a range of channels (email, DM, Ops/outbound, digital touch points)
* Ensure all communications provide information in a clear and jargon-free way
* Brief external agencies ensuring all necessary stakeholders have been engaged and provided input
* Work with the in house creative team to develop the creative needed for campaign activities
* Take responsibility for following the agreed media approval process for all marketing materials, and ensure all items are also compliant with FCA regulation
* Work with the Digital team to create and maintain email library ensuring effective and timely implementation of email campaigns
* Support with the maintenance of the weekly/monthly reporting of the campaigns
* Liaise with Operations to ensure that the team are briefed in advance of any campaign activity
* Collate, monitor and report the campaign results to ensure that campaigns are optimised and learnings taken on board for future activities


Profile

The successful applicant will have:



* Previous direct marketing experience working across a range of channels would be beneficial
* A strong interest in customer marketing
* Good business awareness, demonstrating an understanding of the importance of achieving efficient return on investment
* Good organisational and planning skills are necessary with an attention to detail
* A strong interest in numbers and analysing why results have performed positively or negatively
* Experience of using Salesforce platform Market Cloud would be advantageous
