A leading global law firm is looking for a Marketing Project Team Manager to lead its dynamic marketing projects team. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing firm and make your mark in a newly created team whilst working closely with marketing colleagues and lawyers to support the firm's marketing requirements.

The role holder will promote and raise the profile of the new Marketing Services team, acting as an ambassador and ensuring that processes are understood and continuously reviewed against requirements. The Marketing Project Team Manager will support on all aspects of the marketing mix. This will include responsibility for marketing campaigns and initiatives; drafting targeted marketing collateral and briefing notes; provision of client overviews to support client meetings and trips; oversight of the annual directory submission process; and supporting the execution of priority practice and sector marketing plans. Acting as a positive role model, you will need to provide strong management to the team, allocating work based on capacity and expertise and managing workflow and incoming projects to ensure priorities are met.

The successful candidate should be degree educated with at least 6 years' previous marketing experience gained in a professional services firm and proven team management skills, to include experience of setting up a team. The Marketing Project Team Manager will be commercially aware, with outstanding communications skills and possess the confidence to interact at all levels. You must also be a tenacious and highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker who displays strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
