You will have experience working with stakeholders across various levels and come from a commercial environment where marketing and sales working very closely together. You will have experience of managing agencies, multiple suppliers and be highly organised. You will experience in delivering collateral both for events, digital and media! You will be outgoing, upbeat and very good at building relationships. You will be a real team player.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the regional marketing strategy to deliver quality sales leads which will minimise sales periods and maximise sales income. This will involve producing marketing strategies and media plans together with devising creative and innovative advertising campaign ideas and implementing from inception to implementation and review. Key to this will be use of your imagination and creativity to plan well-targeted marketing campaigns. Experience of sales marketing would be essential and property marketing beneficial. You will possess excellent communication, time management, and customer care skills.
