Senior Brand Manager

The product areas cover performance products in hair care, skincare and styling as well as fashion led product lines in perfumes, colour cosmetics and washing & bathing.

The role:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be accountable for leading strategic end to end brand management, including P&L performance, to meet the business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

You will be working with the Brand Director and Head of Product to define the 3-year category plan, with decision making around the brand vision, strategic plan and innovation pipeline.

Part of the role will include senior stakeholder management, with contribution to the longer-term brand strategy and brand vision to drive improved brand health (e.g. awareness, penetration and engagement)

The Senior Brand Manager will lead commercial conversations and develop highly strategic and integrated marketing plans by channel, by working with our cross functional teams including Research & Development, Consumer Insights, Marketing Activation and Sales.

It will be your responsibility to take on the commercial understanding of your category and its performance across all channels, addressing any performance discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.

Who are we looking for?

-Currently working as a Brand Manager or SBM for a beauty company, or Tier 1 FMCG

-Knowledge of, and experience working in, beauty/cosmetics/hair care/personal care

-Strong leader with line management experience

-Previous P&L management, and ownership of big brands

-Senior stakeholder management experience

-Degree educated

-Ability to work in a non-process driven environment with a level of ambiguity
