The Head of Marketing & Product Development is responsible for creating, developing and launching new products and services, and marketing new products and services to drive business strategy and ensure the business achieve financial targets and objectives. This role includes elements of product development, marketing and communications.

The key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing & Product Develop include:

* Define, develop and implement the technical strategic direction and supporting marketing strategy for the business, to ensuring business and financial targets are met.
* Formulate a product and service strategy which forecasts what the customers will want in the future, and develop a product and service line strategy accordingly.
* Create and develop the business value proposition across the region, based on market analysis, industry trends and competitive landscape.
* Manage product life-cycle for new and existing products and services.
* Evangelise and present at internal and external events.
* Create and drive sales and marketing campaigns to increase pipeline growth.
* Design and deliver an annual marketing plan, covering all aspects of the marketing mix.
* Further develop the brand through branding and marketing activities.
* Ensure sales team have all necessary tools, such as specific training, presentations and marketing collateral to take a solution to market.


The successful candidate will have:

* Minimum 5 years experience in marketing within a the B2B or Technology industry
* Proven experience in developing and launching new products to market
* Experience in managing external marketing agencies
* Strong and proven industry marketing skills
* Good commercial and numerical analytical skills
* Ability to present confidently and fluently

Job Offer

The Head of Marketing & Product Development position offers a basic salary of up to £75,000 (Dependent on experience) + other added benefits.
