Are you a Marketing Manager who is passionate about consumer engagement? We are recruiting for experienced marketer to join one of the biggest Hospitality Companies in the UK. The ideal candidate will come from an event or experiential marketing background . Main reasonability is to develop and lead a high quality consumer and customer engagement programs that deliver the brand strategies and secure consumer value.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement the agreed strategy and plan in full, on time, to an excellent standard and to budget

· Management responsibility for 2 direct reports and 9 indirect reports

· Deliver learning and development and best practice experiential competency development for team members

· Deliver positive business growth rates through trade marketing campaigns

· Deliver an annual program of National events and experiences

· Advocate and communicate experiential program to all key stakeholders

· Provide analytical insights to optimise and continuously improve Experiential Marketing

· Lead the development of the online experience with the Digital Marketing Manager

Ideal Candidate

- Degree in Marketing or relevant subject

- Proven track record of experiential marketing

- Expertise in digital marketing

- Excellent organisation and project management skills

- Fantastic presentation and commutation skills

The role is a permanent position and based in East of England.
