Unique opportunity to join a leading Property Management company based in central London as a Business Development Manager.

Leading Property Management company based in the city of London.


As the Business Development Manager for this leading Property Management company in London you will work as a key member of the national Property Management (PM) business line by leading and supporting the Head of Property Management, with a diverse range of new business development related projects.

This includes managing key clients, bid management, client targeting, sector and client analysis and business development planning. You will work alongside the Head of Property Management and Senior Management within PM to plan, implement, manage and evaluate business development activity.

Key responsibilities:

* Bid Writing
* Bid & Pitch management

* Strategy and management
* Key account management

* Client targeting

* Business development campaigns & analysis


The successful Business Development Manager will be/have:

* Degree level educated, 2:1 or above.
* A proven track record of extensive Business Development, Pitch focused and Marketing experience in the Real Estate or Professional Services industry.
* Understanding of Marketing and Business Development processes.
* Excellent written and verbal Communication skills with an ability to write clearly for an international audience together with an excellent eye for detail.
* Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude.
* Ability to build strong relationships with the confidence to challenge.
* Takes personal responsibility for quality and speed of delivery.

Job Offer

£50,000-£55,000 based on experience with an excellent benefits package on offer.
