Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a proven Head of Creative to lead the creative function. This role provides leadership for all creative development processes, leading a team to develop innovative and strategically driven creative concepts and works in combination with campaign owners and the full creative services team to translate them into finished creative products.  

You will help define the creative brand strategy leading on the creative look/feel in collaboration with head of creative, key members of the creative team and marketing in order to drive a consistent visual brand identity

You will work as an integral part of the creative services team– either as part of the holistic creative brand strategy creation and development or as per internal client briefs devised from the agreed marketing plans.

Supporting the in-house publishing team with creative overflow work on ‘business as usual’ amends as well as project work to deliver impactful, industry leading creative

You will lead the end-to-end creative development processes, ability to story board and translate into visual content; manage concepts with responsibility for quality assurance and brand compliance.
Required Skills –
  • Advanced creative leadership experience (online and offline) in an agency or in-house environment (graphic design, art directing, advertising or marketing)
  • Proficient in industry standard design and web publishing programs
  • Full working knowledge and proven use of InDesign (CS3), Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
  • Full working knowledge and proven use of the Apple Mac platform
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, motion graphic solutions and limitations of the web
  • Strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
