Job Title: Senior CRM Marketing Manager
Responsible To: Head of Data Intelligence
We are looking from someone who can put themselves in the shoes of our audiences and work with our technology to create integrated messaging and campaigns, which help audiences engage with the full breadth of our programme.
As a senior manager within Marketing, you are expected to provide leadership, expert knowledge and project management skills to help us achieve our commercial and mission-led goals.
Key deliverables for this important role will be based around increasing income, increasing audience engagement with our free events and digital products, and meeting objectives on audience development and membership.
You will have experience in delivering direct-marketing communications in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment, and of driving direct sales through email marketing and an excellent understanding on how to manage a complex Marketing communications plan incorporating highly targeted messaging alongside more ‘broadcast’ marketing emails.
