Aim of the role: Commercial CRM Manager

To deliver a commercial customer focused communications funnel.

Client Details

My client (based in London) operate within the Not for Profit and Charities space, although many know the business as the forward-thinking and commercial outfit that they are.

One of the most influential professional bodies in Europe, the business have a huge product and service offering, as well as one of the most expansive and dynamic stakeholder groups in the UK.


The successful Commercial CRM Manager will be required to create a commercial CRM programme. The aim being to deliver a commercial communications programme focused on the organisations product and service portfolio. You will ensure you spot commercial opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. This will all result (ideally) in the retention and/or acquisition of customers/members.

Along with the wider CRM team, put together a best 'next action' strategy for said situation.

Again, with the wider CRM function, put together a customer contact strategy, targeting communications and developing propositions for products and service uptake.


Must be a CRM expert.

Ideally have Dynamic email management experience.

Ideally circa 3 years' experience in a similar position

An interest in e-commerce marketing or perhaps similar online marketing channels

Commercially minded.

Someone that is customer focused

Job Offer

This position (Commercial CRM Manager) is permanent. The position is paying between £35,000 - £37,000 dependant on experience.

Based in London.
