We’re currently working with a successful, online travel business based in Central London who are seeking a talented CRM Manager to join their marketing department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and executing customer retention campaigns primarily via email whilst also developing other channels, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of new campaigns and analysing the results of existing campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to understand the customer journey and ensure that campaigns achieve the maximum ROI.
You will be focused on deliverability, continually monitoring and improving open rates whilst maintaining domain and sender reputation. You will have a sound technical knowledge of email marketing as well as excellent project management skills. You will have expert knowledge in both triggered and newsletter email marketing campaigns and know from experience and from analysing the data, which campaigns to prioritise/improve. You will be highly numerate and skilled in excel.
The key attributes to succeed in this role are a strong commercial understanding, analytical mindset, knowledge of budgets & forecasting, a track record of delivering against KPI’s and margin targets as well as strong, inspirational leadership skills.
