Unique opportunity to join a leading Property Developer in London as a Senior Communications Executive or Assistant Communications Manager depending on experience.

Leading Residential Property Developer based in London.


Description

As the Assistant Communications Manager for this leading Property Developer in London you will produce and determine internal and external communications for all London developments in a timely and effective manner.

Key responsibilities:

Internal Communications

* Prepare and deliver monthly board reports for each division
* Manage and communicate the MarComms calendar weekly
* Work alongside Group Communications to ensure corporate messages are developed and best practice shared

Development Communications

* Manage external agencies and consultants, working alongside their delivery team to drive the PR strategy
* Coordinate and chair monthly meetings/calls with each division, driving activity across the developments
* Pro-actively identify cost effective PR and brand building opportunities and work with relevant colleagues to deliver effective communications
* Understand the strategic objectives of the business and then work with Divisional stakeholders to meet communication needs based on the objectives

Events

* Management and coordination of journalist and local council events as required
* Assisting the land team on sponsorship and event proposals
* Assist Marketing team with customer facing regional event planning

Adhoc

* Produce content/presentations as appropriate
* Liaise with media agency and Digital Manager to confirm SEO strategy and deliver suitable activity

Crisis Management

* Handle and escalate as appropriate all areas of concern or complaints that effective the brand or developments


Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* Degree level educated, ideally within a Writing based subject.
* A proven track record within a Communications based position, ideally within Property however this isn't essential.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Experience of managing agencies.
* Excellent copy editing skills and good use of the English written and verbal language.
* Educated to degree standard in a relevant subject.
* Able to build strong relationships and networks to ensure responsibilities are met. Excellent influencing skills.
* Ability to work individually without close supervision but able to escalate where appropriate.


Job Offer

£36,000 - £40,000 on offer based on experience with an excellent benefits package.
