Brand Marketing Manager
About the role
This is a lovely broad and stretching Brand Management role for candidates located in the South West of England. You will work across a portfolio of products with a specific focus on marketing to industry professionals and become the channel expert responsible for strategy and a 3 year marketing plan.
Your role will involve working with internal sales and marketing teams to develop a deep understanding of the customer and to increase brand advocacy and professional endorsement. You will need strong brand management experience, ideally gained from an FMCG branded background, where you will have had exposure to brand planning, budget management, portfolio management and launching NPD. Shape of the role and typical projects
- Develop a 3 year rolling marketing plan with the sales and marketing director
- Manage a yearly A&P budget
- Responsible for PR plan and roll out.
- Oversee and roll out new product launches
- Give product training to sales teams and attend regional sales meetings
- Competitor insight
- Work collaboratively with the digital team on specific marketing initiatives
- Oversee trade shows
- Manage key commercial partnerships
You will be living or want to live in the South West of England and have a proven track record of portfolio brand management ideally from an FMCG business working on a portfolio of brands OR you may have worked within an agency working closely with an FMCG business as an account manager with excellent project management skills looking to move client side.
