Interim Head Of Active Customer Loyalty
You will have 6+ years’ experience in CRM customer loyalty experience ideally in B2C online retail. You will need to have strong analytical experience and a proven background of planning, developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Skills and characteristics which would really benefit you in the role include:
- The ability to adjust the tone of communication according to the customer
- An innate understanding and passion for organic, high quality foods
- Line management experience
You will be planning and developing campaigns to ensure execution of all customer communications and website content. You will be managing budgets and delivering against sales targets and KPI’s. You will be responsible for ensuring brand values and tone of voice are communicated across all customer touchpoints. You will be working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business to deliver effective trading activity by enhancing web merchandising and user experience. In addition, you will be using insights, consumer trends and customer segmentation to increase customer engagement.
